My stay at the hotel was a mix of experiences. The room I initially received wasn't ready on time, had an unpleasant smell, and even witnessed a concerning incident; however, upon addressing this, I was moved to a top-notch, spacious, and exceptionally clean room. The service was mostly wonderful, with friendly staff, but there were issues with the checkout time availability. The location was reasonable, with easy access to downtown, but the presence of unwelcome smoke odor was a letdown. The dining setup was minimal, but I appreciated the offering of homemade pastries. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory, meeting basic needs. The value for money was a bit questionable due to the initial room conditions and lack of early checkout availability.
